The WMD chassis is made from T6061 aluminum. It is very lightweight, and feels quite strong. It comes shipped partially assembled. At this point, slightly loosen the screws holding the top plate down. Do not remove, just loosen.

Slide the front suspension assembly into position between the upper and lower decks, then replace the 2 screws you removed from the bottom of the bulkhead, and add included third screw. Install 2 included screws through the upper deck into the top of the bulkhead.
