JQ Race Report – Medjoubi 9th at French Nats Rd1!

From JQ-

“The only changes we made to the setup, was to change to thicker swaybars. This made the car easier to drive. We used 2.4 front and 2.9 rear.

First Qualifying Rd:

Rayan’s car was very very good, he did 8 laps 5,08 minutes.
Zak’s car was good but he had problem for find grip (lot of gazzz) he did 8 laps 5,23 minutes.

Second Qualifying Rd:

Rayan did 8 laps 5,11 minutes
Zak did 8 laps 5,27 minutes

Third Qualifying Rd:
Rayan did 8 laps 5,11 minutes, but he lost a lot of time in traffic, I think he was able to do 8 laps 5’05
Zak do 8 laps 5’20 but he did a lot of mistakes. So Rayan qualified directly in the semi final and Zak in the 1/8 final.

The Finals:
At the start Zak broke a front C-hub on a bad crash over a double jump, so he started 2 laps late. Speed was here I think he was able to go to the 1/4 final easily if he didn’t have the problem at the start.
Semi final, Rayan was very fast and the car was very easy to drive for him. He made the final easily.

The Main Final:
Rayan got a good start but made a big mistake on the first lap. First refueling was good and he was 6th at this moment.

Just before the second refueling Ryan ran out of fuel, fuel consumption was high on this fast track.  We were not the only ones to run out of fuel.
