Roman combines 30 years of R/C racing experience with a 27 year career in NASCAR, for a skill set that is unparalleled.  He started with Roush Racing in 1986 at the age of 14 and has worked with teams such as Yates, Sabco, Penske, etc.  His roles have spanned from spotter to car chief, brake specialist, and suspension specialist, supporting drivers such as Mark Martin, Kyle Petty, Davey Allison, Dale Jarrett, Ernie Irvine, and Rusty Wallace.  In his current capacity, he is the spotter for the Front Row Motorsports #34 of David Ragan.

In the R/C world, his accomplishments are second to none.  He is a multi-time ROAR and NORRCA National Champion, and one of the very few who have ever accomplished winning ROAR National titles on dirt, carpet, and asphalt.  He also set a very unique record, TQ’ing 5 ROAR National Championships………..and never racing the main!!  Such is the price you pay for having to fly out to Daytona, Talladega, Martinsville, etc. on Sunday.

Roman will be the head designer and developer of the RP-4 Designs division of Pemberton RaceWorks, and will serve as the Factory Team manager for our oval racing team.  Roman will be working over the next several months on some powerful new additions to our driver line-up.

Our first product, from the RP-4 Designs division of Pemberton RaceWorks  will be a top-of-the-line 10th scale carpet oval car which will be released in early September………. spy shots coming soon…..

Initial testing has shown that the bar has definitely been raised………Stay tuned……..
