X FACTORY SPONSORS STOCK BUGGY AND STOCK TRUCK AT HOBBY HAVEN SHOOT-OUT

Kevin Van Ert and eight-year-old Mason Fuller were the winners of X Factory carbon fiber Conversion Kits at the 2013 Hobby Haven Shoot-Out held over labor Day weekend in Des Moines, Iowa.  As a big supporter of the average club racer, X Factory awarded the Kits to the highest finishing non-sponsored driver in the stock buggy and stock truck classes.

Mason Fuller drove a great race to finish second in the stock buggy A main behind AE driver Dave Duncan.  Mason was involved is a tight battle for second with another car throughout the first three minutes of the race, then pulled out a lead to capture second spot on the podium and the X Factory Conversion Kit.

Van Ert, who traveled to Hobby Haven from Wisconsin, also finished second to Duncan in the stock truck race, winning the X Factory Conversion Kit.  Kevin says he is excited to build and drive the slim-design all carbon fiber mid-motor the conversion.
