First we start off with a stock Traxxas Slash.

You need to separate the front end and transmission from the stock Slash chassis. We will also need the stock bumpers.

On the transmission, you need to swap arms. The left arm goes on the right side, right arm goes on the left. You want the arms to sweep forward. The arms stay right side up.
