We did some investigating after seeing the RC Planet sale. Looks like the deal was possibly a Close-Out. Conversations with the local hobby shop, and Horizon Hobby indicate that the 1/18 Mini Sprint RTR by Losi (LOSB0206) is being discontinued, and will not be restocked. Like it’s big brother, it will fade into the sunset.

These were quite popular at our local carpet oval last year. Another sad day for oval lovers.

Several online retailers (and ebay) are blowing them out today, so if you want to grab one as a spare or for parts, RIGHT NOW is the time to do it.

As with all recently discontinued items, you can probably expect parts to be available for some time yet through retailers or places like ebay.
