New Releases from Team Associated – Slick Mist and an iPhone app

SC10 Slick Mist Body

Team Associated has released a replica body of Robby Woods’ Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series truck. This is a fully painted and detailed stock SC10 shell. You can grab this body for your SC10, SC10RS, or SC10 4×4 today.

However, if you prefer to paint your own bodies, or you want to make a replica out of a different body entirely, you can pick up just the decal sheet.

Both of these are available now. Checkout Team Associated to get one of your own!

SC10 Setup iPhone App

Now you can enter your short-course setups into your iPhone or iPod touch!

Team Associated’s SC10 Short Course Setups app allows the iPhone or iPod touch user to enter and edit setups directly into their device. Clear, full-color photos of the SC10 1:10 scale short-course electric truck throughout help the novice racers to identify the setting on their truck and make clear choices. A generous number of Note fields, one per setting, allows users to enter custom modifications or those who own a similar short-course truck to enter their own settings.

What good is entering all these settings if you can’t share them? Tapping the export button will open the device’s email app, with the subject and body already filled in with your settings. Just enter the email addresses and send!

For version 1, five blank setups are included. (More will be added in a future version.)

From the home screen, you can pick which setup you want to look at based on conditions of the day

In the settings screen, they have actual pictures of the parts in question

Once you go into a setting, you can easily input the details

Want to share your settings with a friend, simple. Easily export settings directly to the email app of your iPhone or iPod Touch

There are more features available through the app as well

There are also links to other iPhone apps and an ebook.

Here is the Table of Contents of all of your setups

This looks like a very cool App, I can’t wait to get this for myself. But, like everyone else, I’ll need to wait for its January 3, 2012, release. See Team Associated for more information on the SC10 Setup App.
