Finally we have a few podium shots. People were taking their plaques after their race so they could head home, so we didn’t get formal podium shots. These are the ones that we happened to find.

Jim Mehaffy’s favorite number is 5, so he was very pleased with his A-Main placements in both classes.

Overall it was a solid weekend of racing. We had a good time. Of course as usual, I didn’t do as well as I would have liked, essentially missing both classes in the first round of qualifying.. and then trying to make up for it with zero time on the track prior to Round 2. I still had a good time, and you know what they say.. a bad day racing is still better than a good day at work.

Hopefully you enjoyed our coverage, and we hope everyone can make the next one (which by the way is Sept 7th– 8th, 2013). Remember RC Pro Series makes 2 stops @ CRC this year. It’s a good time.
