RC Soup welcomes Casey Rettke to the Team!

Drivers. Drivers. Drivers! RC Soup is pleased to announce the addition of our newest contributor and Team member, Casey Rettke! He’ll be providing RC Soup with ground breaking editorials and driver interviews. Casey is a staple of the Northeast racing scene and has been known for his ambassadorship of the hobby and getting tracks to work together. He’s a racer and race announcer, and we’re extremely happy to bring him on board. Below is a little more info about Casey, along with a personal statement from him.

Casey Rettke

Hometown: Alaskan raised, 14 years in New Hampshire/Mass
Home Tracks:
Route 106 RacePark Pembroke NH;
RC Excitement Fitchburg, MA;
Maximus York, ME,
Merrimack Outdoor 67 Bellmont
Experience: First Blackfoot and Clodbuster to be shipped to Alaska, I’ve always had a love for RC. 5 years of heavy on-road and another 5 years of dirt has given me the opportunity to meet and know some of the biggest players in RC. It has also provided me with some of my best friends and added great value to my quality of life.

Social benefits have been very important for me in RC and the ‘Fast Pace Productions Fan Group’ on Facebook has been an outstanding adventure. With 460+ members, most of the drivers in New England have been using it for track/racing updates. The unification of our region continues to be the goal.

Working at Hobby Etc. which sells worldwide online has given me a ‘behind the scenes’ look as we deal with most major manufacturers as well as Great Planes / Horizon. From the logistics of a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 13K to 18K items in stock at any one time to shipping 250-350 orders a day to catching the latest trends, it has been an eye opening and amazing experience!

I’m looking forward to working with RC Soup as an outlet for ‘insider information’ that promotes and encourages the growth of our RC hobby sport via editorials and driver interviews.
