Initial Driving Impressions – Pavement

On the pavement, we started off slow, trying to follow the Tamiya Clodbuster to get it on film with the GoPro we mounted to this car. After a few minutes of filming, we really started letting this car show us what it could do. Average speed was around 18-20 mph in stock running condition.

Being all wheel drive, we had fun getting the car sideways, and powersliding on the pavement. There isn’t quite enough power to get a full drift going on pavement, however. The included electronics are waterproof, and it had recently rained. We kept trying to drift through the puddles. Still no luck.
