Now we will build the transmission. First we install the drive gear on the input shaft
Next, you bolt the output drives to the differential gear
The input shaft gets installed in one half of the transmission housing. There is a bearing for both sides of the transmission housing
Now we’ll install the idler gear in the transmission housings
Time for the assembled drive outputs and differential gear
The second half of the transmission housing goes on. Only one screw holds it together for now
The Axial motor plate seems quite strong. We put some thread locker on the screws that hold the transmission to the motor plate
The Spur gear and slipper clutch assembly go together with three screws. a single nut on the input shaft holds it all to the transmission
There is a plastic transmission plate. The transmission is held on with 4 screws through the bottom
