CNY (Central New York) Winter Bash Event Recap

You saw the door prize table earlier. We used the race entry forms and picked winners for the smaller prizes throughout the day. We used race slips so that people’s names could be called over the mic, rather than calling out numbers that people would have to keep listening for.

Everyone sent us banners and we were proud to show off all the awesome support!

Here are the guys getting ready for our EXO Chase mini event. There will be a separate post on this, as soon as I can get the video uploaded.

Then we got to the big stuff. Everyone SHOULD have gotten something at this point, as we’d run through the complete stack of entry forms that were given to us by race organizing staff. We then threw everyone’s name back in the pot for the bigger items. As you can see, we have some vehicles (donated by AFU-2 and Redneck RC), as well as a Futaba 4PK Super R, Savox 1258TG Servos, Novak Club system, Reedy Charger, Castle Creations SCT Pro Combo, CRC Lipos, SMC Lipos, Pro-Line tires, Venom Lipos, Associated Factory Team wrenches, etc.

Kris and Matt took the helm during the lower mains. We stopped racing so we’d catch people before they started leaving. Matt randomly drew entry slips out of the freshly shuffled pile and Kris handed them out to the crowd. Before we were communicating via walkie and TXT and we really should have just done this gathering earlier. It was much more efficient.
