ABC Hobby USA Genetic Build – 4wd 1/10 “Mini” chassis

Now it’s time to install the radio. We’re going with the Fly Sky FS-GT3B provided by HobbyPartz.com. This is a 2.4ghz radio that is available for under $50. It should be a great entry level radio for this car.

It ships nice, nothing to get broken in the box with the way the styrofoam insert is laid out.

The cool thing about this radio, and others in the Fly Sky brand, is that they have a port on them to use this INCLUDED usb adaptor. This means you can use it on your PC to run something like VRC Pro.

Here is the radio with the receiver and bind plug.

A close up of the receiver. It’s pretty tiny, which is awesomely handy for a build of this size.

Mounted up on the top deck of the chassis.

Now we plug everything in.

A little more wire management and the electronics are now fully installed!
