Caster Racing EX1.5R Buggy – Build

In Bag F, We’ll start assembling the steering

First up we’ll mount the steering plate to the servo saver arms

We’ll need 4 FastEddy bearings for the tops and bottoms of the servo saver arms

The servo saver on the EX1.5R is adjustable. You can make it as tight or as loose as you want. The servo saver pie is threaded, so you can tighten the spring or loosen it as needed.

The completed servo saver assembly should look something like this

There are two shafts on which the entire assembly pivots. They slide up from the bottom

Time to mount the steering assembly to the front upper suspension plate

    great wright up. Cars will be coming with clear bodies soon and also I’m hoping new captured cvd’s. FYI,also we just found out about the side guards not fitting correct and we have fixed problem
